- SpideRider is an online talent search competition open to all, regardless of Nationality, Race, Age or Gender. Only original performances will be submitted for consideration to compete.
- All submitted and uploaded videos clips will become the property of SpideRider, inclusive of all copyright and intellectual property rights contained within the clips. Management of the submitted clips will come under full jurisdiction of SpideRider and its organizers, and no further permission from the contestants is necessary to manage such clips. By submitting and uploading the entry clips, contestants are deemed agreeable to terms of resolving all ownership of their uploaded clips fully to SpideRider.
- All submitted and uploaded clips must be the original performances of the respective contestants. In the event of suspected fraud, the contestant must continue to produce proof to authenticate his/her entry until deem satisfactory by the judges. Otherwise, his/her entry will be disqualified, and he/she shall be held liable for all compensations arising from this breach of contract.
- SpideRider reserves all the right to remove clips that are found to contain non-original content, whether partial or in full.
- All submitted and uploaded clips must adhere to the terms and conditions governing copyright regulations.
- All submitted and uploaded clips must show clearly the faces of the respective contestants in entirety and without manipulation, pixilation or similar treatment to distort or conceal facial details. Clips not meeting this criterion will be disqualified.
- All contestants and voters must register themselves as members of Yellobus to take part in SpideRider.
- All judges’ decisions are final and not disputable or open to negotiations.
- All submitted and uploaded entries will compete in a single category regardless of the type of contestants’ skills and talents. Results will be based on online votes collated and tabulated by the organizer. Results for each round of competition will be published online 3 days from the closing of voting.
- The organiser of SpideRider retains all rights and discretion to offer winner(s) artist contracts. Winner(s) do not automatically qualify for such artist contracts, which will be offered discretionally, on a case-by-case basis, and after consideration by the organizer.
- Contestants that are 16 years old and below during time of submission and uploading of entries must seek the consent of their respective parents and/or guardians.
- Only entries submitted and uploaded through the Yellobus and SpideRider portal will be accepted as legit entries.
- Submitted and uploaded content containing content that is illegal, offensive, vulgar, and/or defamatory will be immediately disqualified and contestants barred from all future contests organized by Yellobus.
- All decisions to published and broadcast submitted and uploaded entries lie solely with the organizers of SpideRider, who reserve all the rights on all managerial decisions regarding all entries. The organizers will not entertain any appeal or negotiation on this matter.
- Contestants are solely responsible for the quality (in audio and video) of their submitted entries and uploaded clips, and should understand that these might inherently affect the outcome of the results.
- The organizers will not be held responsible for late entries, and will not be held to appeals and negotiations for such entries.
- All contestants are responsible for keeping themselves updated on the closing dates and times for each stage of the competition. They must submit their entries to advance further in the competition according to the competition guidelines. Claim of ignorance will not be entertained.
- All contestants are responsible for all costs incurred during the production of their clips. The organizers shall not be held liable for any loss of property, monies or incurrence of bodily and/or mental injuries during any stage of the competition. Clips submitted and uploaded that are longer than 5 minutes may be subjected to editing as deem fit by the organizers, and the organizers shall not be held liable for the outcome of the results as a result of this editing.
- All submitted and uploaded clips will become the rightful property of Yellobus and SpideRider. The organizers thus reserve all rights to manage these contents as they deem fit.
- Immediate family members of staff members under the employment of Sirius Art Pte Ltd are not eligible to take part in the contest.
- Immediate family members of employees of the partners and sponsors of SpideRider are not eligible to take part in the contest.
- Yellobus and SpideRider reserve all rights to modify and change the competition rules and regulations at any time.
- By submitting and uploading clips to the Yellobus web portal, all contestants are agreeable for their personal details to be used by the organizers for marketing and promotional activities. By registering their votes on the Yellobus web portal, all voters are agreeable for their personal details to be used by the organizers for marketing and promotional activities.
- The laws in the country of Singapore shall govern all agreements between the organizers and the contestants and the courts of Singapore, and these shall be courts of competent jurisdiction.
