With more than 20 years of experience in the domain of industrial and consumer products, Casey has been a foreman in the field of sales and marketing. Besides holding a Master of Science in Management, he is also a member of Chartered Marketer CIM (UK) and the American Management Association.

Prior to joining Simmons (SEA) Pte Ltd in 2004, Casey was the Commercial Director of Black & Decker Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, a global manufacturer and marketer of quality power tools. At Simmons, Casey is tasked to head the Southeast Asia arm of this international bedding company. Under his helm, the Singapore office has been re-structured; aligning the company to be more streamlined, effective and focusing on customer service centric. This has led to an increase in sales revenue by 15% and a 40-fold improvement on the profitability within the first year. By 2008, the sales revenue has doubled and the profitability grew by 130 folds compared to 2004.

Casey is also accountable to the revamp of the Simmons Gallery in Singapore, introducing a more modern and contemporary setting to consumers. During his personal time, Casey enjoys catching up with his friends, watching the latest movies in town, working out in the gym and travelling. Casey is a boss who believes in working hard and also playing hard. He is also a pro-family supporter employer. He travels at least three times a year for leisure and has been to places such as Israel, Kazhastan and Jordan.
