Amos Teo is a self-directed musician and educator with over 20 years of experience in the field of modern music education. As a musician, he started performing at the age of 12 in a percussion band and had performed in places like Queen Elisabeth Stadium (HK) and TVB (HK). Later at the age of 19 he picked up singing, guitar and piano skills entirely on his own and performed regularly at local music cafes and public shows.

A well-known and accomplished choreographer Zaki has been the SAJC Dance Society’s dance instructor for the last 10 years. He is also one of the choreographers for the NUS Dance Ensemble since 1992. A familiar face on the Singapore dance scene, Zaki was responsible for many big scale performances held in Singapore in recent years. He has choreographed for the movie Forever Fever, the Miss Singapore/Universe pageant 2002-2006, Singapore Idol, MediaCorp’s New Year countdown shows, and various other commercial events such as fashions shows and product launches.

Peter Tan, a celebrity judge and an experienced vocal instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience and a singing career that spans over 20 years.

Irene Ang became a household name in Singapore (and some say Malaysia) as Rosie Phua in Singapore's longest running sitcom Phua Chu Kang Pte Ltd and subsequently Phua Chu Kang Sdn Bhd, for which was awarded Best Comedy Performance by an Actress at the Asian Television Awards.

An Honors Degree graduate from the National University of Singapore, Ian’s first love and passion is singing. A child protégé discovered at age 10, his voice has been described to display an impressive range, with an ability to inject emphatic feeling and pathos to any song he graces.

With more than 20 years of experience in the domain of industrial and consumer products, Casey has been a foreman in the field of sales and marketing. Besides holding a Master of Science in Management, he is also a member of Chartered Marketer CIM (UK) and the American Management Association.

Lynus graduated with a distinction degree in film and television from Curtin University of Technology is a member of the exclusive Golden Key International Honour Society for his academic achievements. Lynus has since plied his trade across 3 countries working for various broadcasters such as Channel 9 (Perth) and BBC World (Singapore).

Leon Lim graduated from Berklee College of Music’s prestigious Music Production & Engineering program and worked in America from 1998 – 2008 as a music producer and sound engineer. He has extensive live sound experience, having mixed FOH in many venues from Boston to Los Angeles. Currently, he is a lecturer in Singapore Polytechnic’s Diploma in Music and Audio Technology program where he teaches Songwriting and Music Theory.

Alvan Loo joined Singapore Dance Theatre (SDT) as the Company’s General Manager in August 2006, and over the course of time, has focused his energies on strengthening SDT’s planning, partnership, and audience engagement strategies. In 2009, he initiated a first for the company, a partnership with an early childhood education specialist, on an interactive ballet performance for kids aged 3 to 7. Prior to this appointment, he worked as Business Development Manager for the Australian Trade Commission, handling the Arts, Entertainment, and Franchising portfolio. He was also previously Assistant Director of Programming with the National Arts Council.

Ms Ng Siew Eng is currently the General Manager of the Singapore Lyric Opera (SLO) since Feb 2006. She has done quite a bit to raise the profile of the SLO. Some of the notable projects that she has done include setting up a new Children's Choir in August 2006, SLO Youth Choir in July 2008 and reviving the SLO Orchestra.

Haresh Sharma has been the full-time Resident Playwright of The Necessary Stage since 1990. Together with Alvin Tan, he is also the co-Artistic Director of the annual M1 Singapore Fringe Festival. To date he has written more than 60 plays which have been staged in Singapore, Glasgow, Birmingham, London, Dublin, Cairo, Melbourne, Busan, Seoul, New Delhi, Hong Kong, Hungary, Romania and Tokyo.

Jian Hong is Artistic Director of The Theatre Practice. Trained in directing and design, she is also a film/television director and producer. She directed Wu Jun Ru and You and Me and Him, Lao Jiu: The Musical and If There’re Seasons…. As an independent filmmaker, her works include Agong Bak Kut Teh, Sammyville, Dog Story, and Avatar, the first sci-fi feature from Singapore. She has also produced a number of dramatic series for mobile phones.

With experience in Marketing, Promotion, Publishing and Artiste Management for over a decade, James is currently a A&R (Artiste & Repertoire) / Marketing Director (Regional Repertoire) in Warner Music Singapore. Besides Mandarin pop music, James is also credited for the pioneering of the J-Pop and K-Pop movement in Singapore. James is a passionate individual who has been active in the grooming of Singapore talents for many years. When it comes to commercial music and talent management, he is most definitely an authority in the Singapore Industry.

Theatre Awards. She has also completed a stage production with Escape Theatre titled Modern Dance for the Beginners.

After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Allan switched gears and started modeling in the United States before moving to Asia to become an MTV VJ (video jockey) in Taiwan, where he helmed programs such as Party Zone, MTV International Top 20 and Most Wanted.  Allan then moved to Singapore and started his career there as the host of Talentime 2001 and Supermodel of the World-Singapore.

Started her entertainment career working as a part time Studio Assistant on a local game show. After graduating with a Degree in Mass Communications at Oklahoma City University, Ling followed a referral and applied for an internship at FLY Entertainment.
