Mr Amos Teo, Founder & Music Director of Hark Music  

Amos Teo (张安文) is a self-directed musician and educator with over 20 years of experience in the field of modern music education. As an educator, he started HARK MUSIC School of Pop in 1999, with a redefined teaching approach, which targets on streamlined concepts and dynamic applications, that to date has achieved a school strength of 400 students, benefitted thousands of students ever since.

As a coach (both in music & personal empowerment) he constantly seeks new methodologies based on realistic challenges to help students achieve their true goals. He is also a certified coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Timeline Therapy™.

Other than his expertise in the music and education field, he constantly contributes his passion and talents in judging and hosting. As a judge, he is well known for his creativity and straight-forwardness in his comments, providing clear and constructive feedbacks to enlighten singers to see their blind spots and to move forward for improvements.

As a show host, his experience as a Master Show Host in Hark Music Café & Bar and Lunar Asian Fusion Bar’s The Real Singer PK Challenge as well as Master Trainer in music workshops, has given him the advantage in delivering effective stage communication.

He has also achieved several milestons with his brainchild - notably, the inception of a muisc performing cafe which has attracted many media reports (Lianhe Zaobao's NOW, Xinmin Wan Bao, Straitstimes, etc) on - Live Band Karaoke & Live! Weekly Contest & Mediacorp Channel 8 News Feature on THE REAL SINGER Artiste Development Course.

Mr Jack Lim, Founder & Producer of Red Planet Music Productions 

Following the release of his 1st song by popular Taiwanese artiste – Jimmy Lim (林志颖), he has released more than 30 compositions to date. Jack’s most recognizable composition is ‘Method of Caring’ <关怀方式>. It has been covered by many artistes which includes陈汉伟 Chen Han Wei, 蔡礼莲 Leelian Chua, 陈毓云 Evelyn Chen, 伊雪丽 Shirley Yee & 冯学峰 Joe Pang etc.. His other works includes writing music tracks for local movies such as “Adrian Lim’s Story: God or Dog” & “A Road Less Travelled” （轨 道）. His composition “Freedom” were sung by 许玮伦 Hsu Weilun & 曹格 Gary Cao.

As a music published and A&R peron, he has also handled many album productions for Dick Lee’s “Life Stories”, Tanya Chua “Jupiter”, “陌生 人”, “双栖动物” & “T-TIME”, Sheikh Haikel’s “For Sure”, 蔡礼莲 Leelian Chua’s “A Piece Of My Dream”, Aubrey Ng’s “Spring”, Ming Bridges’ “A Merry little Christmas by Ming Bridges”, Nathan Hartono’s “Let Me Sing!”, “Feeling Good with Nathan Hartono” CD & DVD and 翁倩玉 Judy Ongg Compilation etc.

The recent 3rd album of 迷路兵Mi Lu Bing <3人套餐> was produced by him. He had also co-written a song <玩.味> with Mi Lu Bing for the album. His current production for 薇恩Xazz’s 2nd album is penning to release end of the year 2010. Jack is also an Artiste & Relations Manager in spotting potential songwriters and talents where he would introduce and groom them for the music industry.
