Episode 5 takes us into the recording studio where we get first hand insight of a vocal recording session for the AIPs. The steps involved in the studio session for each AIP includes:
1. Julian, Jeremy, Ling Ling, Zac, Ye Wei & Nicholas each recorded 2 vocal takes of their respective songs.
2. These recordings were then played back for review by the recording engineer.
3. Parts of the songs that can be improved were highlighted, again with the help of the recording engineer.
4. Each AIP were given 5 portions of their songs to improve and re-record.
5. With the vocal recordings done, the tracks can then be handed to the mixing engineer for final mixing.
We are now one more step closer to the final evaluation phase, and closer to finding The Real Singer.
