About SPTC (Singapore Polytechnic Theatre Compass)

A drama club from Singapore Polytechnic set up since 1998, SP Theatre Compass is dedicated to broadening its horizons with an experimental approach to theatre.

Focusing on educating its members and the SP population and beyond about theatre and the arts, SP Theatre Compass has sought to bring a myriad of theatrical pieces and forms to audiences, from devised triple-bill black-box pieces (Twisted Nails and Magic Tales, 2009) to full-scale theatrical performances (Army Daze, 2007).

This year, SP Theatre Compass is pushing the envelope once again with outdoor theatre and a modern treatment of a classic Greek tale. Come and join us as we make SP Theatre Compass history to further the Arts@SP movement!
