• Fashionistar is a competition that searches for and crowns the most fashionable individual. It is open to all Singapore residents aged 16 and above.

• All contestants must register themselves as members of Yellobus to take part in Fashionistar.

• All judges’ decisions are final and are not disputable or open to negotiations.

• All decisions to publish and broadcast footage lie solely with the organizers of Fashionistar, who reserve all the rights on all managerial decisions regarding all entries. The organizers will not entertain any appeals or negotiation on this matter.

• All contestants are responsible for being punctual for competition periods and must commit to the full participation period during the competition. Any late coming or failure to turn up for the competition period will result in instant disqualification. Claim of ignorance will not be entertained.

• The organizers shall not be held liable for any loss of property, monies or incurrence of bodily and/or mental injuries during any stage of the competition.

• The organizers shall not be held liable for the outcome of the results as a result of editing.

• All recorded footage of the contestants and participants will become property of Yellobus, inclusive of all copyright and intellectual property rights contained within the footage. Management and editing of the footage will come under full jurisdiction of Yellobus and no further permission from the contestants is necessary to manage such clips.

• Immediate family members of staff members under the employment of Sirius Art Pte Ltd, Yellobus Pte Ltd and 77th Street (S) Pte Ltd are not eligible to take part in the contest.

• Yellobus and Fashionistar reserve all rights to modify and change the competition rules and regulations at any time.

• By agreeing to participate in Fashionistar, all contestants are agreeable for their personal details and video footages to be used by the organizers for marketing and promotional activities. By registering their votes on the Yellobus portal, all voters are agreeable for their personal details to be used by the organizers for marketing and promotional activities.

• The laws in the country of Singapore shall govern all agreements between the organizers and the contestants and the courts of Singapore, and these shall be courts of competent jurisdiction.
